With Sweep’s move in/out package, you will receive a deep clean in all rooms ordered. This means from the lights to the baseboards and floors will be taken care of. See Services & Pricing page for more information on what a deep clean includes.
The space has to be empty.
Keep in mind, the home/apartment must be empty to qualify for this package. If the space is still fully furnished, you must order deep cleanings and appliance cleanouts individually.
How to order a move in/out cleaning.
Alright, you want to order a cleaning for your big move. Excellent choice! Here’s how you do it:

Start the order
Start an order on the Sweep app or book online.

Pick your time
Schedule your cleaning and input entry information in the “notes” section if you will not be present.

Choose the package
On the add-ons section, select the move in/out package. No need to select the deep clean, inside fridge, inside oven, or inside cabinets options as they are already included in the package. Only add on if you need additional services beyond the package.

Add your rooms
Input your address and select all the rooms in your home.

Check it and book
Review that your information is correct. If so, book it!

To make extra sure that you understand how to order a move out, we provided an example of what your move in/out cleaning might look like.
Let’s say Mark is buying a 1 bed/1 bath home in Grand Rapids. He wants to make sure that it is cleaned before moving in so that he can unpack and decorate as soon as he moves in.
Mark logs into the Sweep App and starts a new order.
Next, he sets his cleaning for 9am next Tuesday. He will be at work, so he put his lockbox code in the notes section for the Sweeper to be able to access the home.
He then goes to the add-ons page and selects the move in/out cleaning package.
Mark then remembers that the new house has a second fridge in the garage that was not very clean when he first viewed the house. He decides to add one fridge to his order since the move in/out cleaning package only includes one fridge.
After that, he puts his new home’s address in and selects the following rooms that exist in the new home: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, and 1 laundry room.
Finally, he submits his order and waits eagerly to move into his new, clean home!
